*The full Bayley Scales of Infant Development, Third Edition has about 326 items, on average. The Short Form of this assessment, tested, would administer only about 25 items, on average, to obtain a score as robust as the full Bayley.

Assessments performed at 6-months (30 minutes), 12-months (40 minutes), 18-months (50 minutes), 24-months (50 minutes) and 36- months of age (50 minutes). An additional 15 minutes for rapport building with the child will be added to each time above.
