Short Statement: The CDFI Fund has not made any changes to the certification application. The adjustment in agency estimate is due to a substantial decrease in the aggregate number of respondents from 300 to 175. This is due to more accurate information based on the number of certification applications received over the course of the last three years. Total burden hours requested is 6,563.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
