Abstract: Subsection 934(f) authorizes DOE to collect information from nuclear suppliers necessary to develop the formula for calculating any deferred payments under subsection 934(e). The information to be collected involves a one-time historical report and annual reports thereafter regarding exports of nuclear goods or services, including information describing the transaction, date of transaction, location of nuclear installation where item is exported, quantity and dollar value of exported item.
