Electronic Device Distraction (EDD) Survey

FRA is requesting a non-substantive change to the currently approved collection of information which expires on October 31, 2017. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and its Implementing Guidance (5 CFR 1320), FRA has updated the EDD Survey instrument (Form FRA F 6180.158) to include the recently newly assigned OMB Control Number at the top of each page as well as in the Public Protection Statement at the bottom of each page. Further, the updated Form includes the current expiration date for this information collection at the bottom of each page.
