This letter is to inform you that as of [21 DAYS AFTER EXPOSURE], you have reached the completion of your 21-day monitoring period following your exposure to Ebola virus.

You are under no travel restrictions whatsoever, and you can engage in your normal work or school activities without any restrictions. If you work in a healthcare setting, you may provide direct patient care.
