APPENDIX A-1: Ebola Alert Criteria

FEVER plus 3 of the following symptoms:

• Vomiting

• Headache

• Nausea

• Diarrhea

• Difficulty breathing

• Fatigue

• Abdominal pain

• Loss of appetite

• Muscle or joint pain

• Unexplained bleeding

• Difficulty swallowing or hiccups

OR Anyone who is ill and:

• Cared for someone with EBOLA

• Attended a funeral of someone with EBOLA

 

OR Any Unexplained death
