TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: NLM NCBI GRC Website User Survey

PURPOSE:

To obtain the optimal level of customer satisfaction for NLM website users and gain their knowledge that can be used to improve the NLM National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Genome Reference Consortium website.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

Respondents will be individuals who go to the NCBI GRC (Genome Reference Consortium) website. We wish to solicit customer feedback regarding features that would facilitate and improve the design and operation of this web resource.
