B. Collection of Information Employing Statistical Methods If statistical methods will not be used to select respondents and item 17 on Form 83-I is checked “No” use this section to describe data collection procedures.

Sampling methods will not be used. Data will be collected from all Title X funded centers.

1. Respondent Universe and Sampling Methods

We plan to survey all Title X funded centers because the data being collected will be used to understand the impact of Title X funded centers on assisting and enrolling clients into insurance programs. We will utilize this information to guide strategic planning around how Title X service sites prepare for, and assist with, the full implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Sampling will not provide needed information for each center.
