This information collection is associated with Safety and Risk Management (SARM) Council initiatives to enhance operational safety throughout D5. The SARM Council plans to utilize an online survey to conduct a safety/hazard assessment for organizational volunteers engaged in Coast Guard operations. |

The deadline for submission will be 15 days after issuance of the survey to Auxiliary members.
