SUBJECT:

DMDC Review of Survey of Registered Voters Living Overseas

As requested, DMDC has reviewed the subject study protocol and it’s supporting
materials as part of the OMB submission process through WHS. The concerns raised in our
reviews have been adequately addressed. Our recommendation to WHS is that that the study
protocol and the data collection materials for Survey of Registered Voters Living Overseas are
sufficiently designed and developed in order to be sent forward as required to obtain OMB
approval for a Public Information Collection.
