Who is working on this project?
This project is being coordinated by CommunicateHealth, a health communication consulting firm, on behalf of the Office of the Associate Director for Communication (OADC), which is part of CDC.

What is the goal of this project? 
We are interested in your feedback on a health material. We will compare your feedback to

other people’s feedback on the same material.
  
Do I have to participate in this project?
No. It is your choice whether to participate or not. You can stop at any time. If you don’t want to participate or decide to stop, that’s okay.

You will be compensated for this study in accordance with your panel membership.

How will you protect my privacy?
We will not collect or store your identity or any personal information. Also, your responses will not be linked with your name.

How long will this take? 
This survey should take about 15 minutes. You can also save your answers after you begin and come back later to complete the survey.
