None, just clarifying questions with more specifics, also add the word 'typical' or 'most cases' to capture the
normal practice, since a small percentage of cases will always be handled differently.

Perhaps add a question about whether you make a definitive diagnosis of acute leukemia based only on
peripheral blood morphologic and ancillary testing.
