the Office of Management and Budget Pursuant to a Final Rule:
Form EOIR-56, Request to be Included on the List of Pro Bono
Legal Service Providers

Attached is the information collection request (ICR) for the Form EOIR-56, Request to
be Included on the List of Pro Bono Legal Service Providers, as required for certification and
submission to the Office of Management and Budget. The purpose of the Form EOIR-56 is to
allow organizations, private attorneys, and referral services to seek to be included on the List of
Pro Bono Service Providers provided to individuals in removal proceedings or who seek asylum.
This information collection is contained in a final rule submitted to the Federal Register today
for publication. As such, please transmit to OMB upon receipt.
