Explanation of Non-Substantive Changes to OMB Control Number: 3060-0986:
Purpose of this Submission: This submission documents a non-substantive/non-material request for revisions to a recently approved revised information collection for OMB Control Number 3060-0986. The Commission is now providing OMB with a final version of the newly approved FCC Form 481.
When this was submitted to OMB for approval, it had “pending OMB approval” as a notation on the form and listed both OMB control numbers 3060-0986 and 3060-0819 on it. Affected respondents under each of those OMB control numbers complete FCC Form 481. However, to be clear, the active OMB control number for FCC Form 481 is 3060-0986.
We are now providing OMB with a final version of FCC Form 481 for their inventory.
