Questionnaire
On behalf of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's Law Enforcement and Society (LEAS)
program the Training Division is sending you this survey. LEAS is very interested in understanding your
thoughts and opinions about the United States Holocaust Museum.
The questions in the survey are about you and your experience with the LEAS program. Your responses
are one of the best ways for them to understand if the program is successfully reaching its goals, as well
as show how they can improve the program for future participants. Please take your time, and answer the
survey questions as openly and honestly as you can. There are no right or wrong answers.
Please be assured that all of your responses will be kept anonymous. None of the information you
provide that could identify you individually will be included in the presentation of survey results, and survey
results will only be shared in the aggregate. This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to
complete.

As you may remember, the LEAS program you participated in consisted of three main parts:
1) A guided tour of the museum led by a trained museum guide
2) An examination of the role of law enforcement in the Holocaust using historical photographs, led by a museum facilitator
3) A discussion about the challenges of law enforcement in America today and its relationship to the people it serves, led by a
facilitator from the Anti-Defamation League
