RETALIATION COMPLAINTS

OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) CONTROL NO. 1218-0236 (June 2015)

OSHA is requesting a non-substantive change to the currently approved collection of information requirements contained in the “Regulations Containing Procedures for Handling of Retaliation Complaints” ICR to add the regulatory citation 29 CFR 1987 to the IC List.

OSHA published Interim Final Rule (IFR), 29 CFR 1987, Procedures for Handling Retaliation Complaints Under Section 402 of the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act on February 13, 2014 (79 FR 8619) and submitted a non-substantive change request to OMB to add the IFR as a supplementary document to this ICR (see: ICR Reference No. 201401-1218-004). OMB approved this action on July 7, 2014. However, the CFR citation for this rule is not currently displayed in association with the Information Collection List in ROCIS.
