31 C.F.R. Part 128 establishes general
guidelines for reporting on U.S. claims on, and liabilities to
foreigners; on transactions in securities with foreigners; and on
monetary reserve of the U.S. It also establishes guidelines for
reporting on the foreign currency of U.S. persons. It includes a
recordkeeping requirement in section 128.5.

There will be an increase in
burden hours to 6,785, as compared to the estimate of 5,683
currently carried in OMB's Information Collection Inventory. The
total overall increase of 1,102 hours is due to an adjustment as
the result of an increase in the number of respondents.
