government-issued photo ID, driver’s license,
or passport) and to state the purpose of their
visit.

The Department of Homeland
Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) will be

1995. The information collection notice
was previously published in the Federal
Register on February 24, 2015 at 80 FR
9741, allowing for a 60-day public
comment period. USCIS did receive
comments in connection with the 60day notice.
DATES: The purpose of this notice is to
allow an additional 30 days for public
comments. Comments are encouraged
and will be accepted until May 28,
2015. This process is conducted in
accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10.

resident is eligible to have his or her
status removed.

respondents for the information
collection I–751 is 140,513 and the
estimated hour burden per response is
3.333 hours. The estimated total number
of respondents for the biographic
processing is 140,513 and the estimated
hour burden per response is 1.17 hours.

burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: The total estimated annual
hour burden associated with this
collection is 797,130 hours.
