PUBLIC COMMENT ON FEDERAL REGISTER
THE BUDGET FOR THIS OUT OF CONTROL SPENDING PROJECT SHOULD BE ZERO. ALL TAXPAYER MONIES SHOULD BE TAKEN FROM THIS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY WASTEFUL PROJECT. THE FAT CAT MANAGEMENT THAT THOUGHT UP THIS UNNECESSARY SPENDING NEEDS TO BE FIRED. THIS AGENCY DESERVES AN F MINUS GRADE FOR ITS STUPID MANAGEMENT EFFORTS. THIS PROJECT IS A TOTAL WASTE. THE MESSAGE IS OUT THERE ON TOBACCO. WE DONT NEED ALL THIS HANDHOLDING. WHAT WE NEED IS CHEAPER LOWER COST GOVT INSTEAD OF THIS SPEND IT WITHOUTHESITATION SPENDING PROGRAMS THAT GO ON AT THE CDC.
