Attachment A: ASPR TRACIE Urgent Care Center Initial Email for Recruiting Participants

Subject Line: Invitation to Provide Feedback on the Role of Urgent Care Centers in Disaster Response

Dear [insert],

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Technical Resources, Assistance Center, and Information Exchange (TRACIE) is conducting research on the role of urgent care centers, if any, in supporting the health and medical response to disasters or emergencies. They will be speaking with urgent care leaders from across the country to learn about capacity, willingness, and preparedness to respond and impediments to participation.

On behalf of ASPR TRACIE, we would like to invite you to participate in a 60-minute discussion with TRACIE’s contract support staff (ICF) to provide your feedback. The discussion can be scheduled at your convenience in September. Please be on the lookout for an email from Jennifer Nieratko at ICF.

Thank you in advance for your time and support,
