Also, report the generation of allotments by allotment type attributed to a specific facility. Early Allotment generation begins 2003.
* For allotment generation, only fields 8, 9, and 11 need to be reported. All other allotment banking should be reported on the Company Allotment Banking Report (Form GSC0100).
