Other changes**
The Mark-To-Market statute requires owners who have undergone loan restructuring to accept renewal of the section 8 contract on terms and conditions listed in the Restructuring Commitment. When the contracts were revised in 2007 a specific sentence holding the owner to that statutory requirement was inadvertently left out of the contract. It has now been added in Section 2.d. of the contract. This sentence does not create any additional reporting burden on the owner, nor does it impact the number of MTM contracts that would be signed.
