Other change: **

Prior to this year, tribes and tribally designated housing entities (TDHEs) were not eligible to participate in the Housing Choice voucher programs. However, the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015 made tribes and TDHEs eligible to participate in the HUD-VA Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) program, which is run as part of the Housing Choice Voucher program. As such, this change order requests to amend the Housing Choice Voucher PRA to include tribes and TDHEs as potential respondents.
