We are surveying U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service conservation bank sponsors and managers to identify any constraints in the current conservation banking program and areas for improvement. We are very interested in having someone from your organization represented in our survey respondents.

We are looking for one individual involved in the leadership of your organization to fill out an on-line survey related to the conservation banking program from the organization’s point of view. We are also looking for [fill in number here] individual(s) involved with the day-to-day management and permitting activities involved with conservation bank operations. We expect the survey of conservation banking sponsors to take approximately 10 minutes, and the survey of conservation bank managers to take about 15 minutes.

Would you be able to provide email contacts for individuals in your organization that would be able to fill out the online survey? We estimate that it will take you approximately 5 minutes to respond to this request. We may not conduct or sponsor and you are not required to respond to an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number.
