Your response is voluntary. We may not conduct or sponsor and you are not required to respond to an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. We estimate that it will take you 1 minute to read this email. We estimate that it will take conservation bank sponsors about 10 minutes to complete the survey. These times include the time necessary to gather information, read instructions, and complete the survey.
