Participation in this study is voluntary and responses will be anonymous. CLSI will collect and analyze the data and share with CDC.

Who is conducting this study and why?

The Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) and the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are conducting
this study to find various ways to improve the impact of laboratory
practice guidelines on health care.
