Per the OCS Lands Act, BOEM collects the information to determine whether an OCS facility will have a significant effect on the air quality. Respondents are OCS Federal oil and gas and sulphur lessees and/or operators. BOEM is proposing to update its regulations to be in line with the EPA's national ambient air quality standards pursuant to the Clean Air Act.
