frame variables. Median of the Percentages for a particular variable refers to the
median value of the set of percentages provided for that variable by the telephone
sample vendor for all telephone exchanges in the country for which the vendor has
data. Median of the Medians for a particular variable similarly refers to the median
value of the set of median values provided for that variable by the telephone sample
vendor for all telephone exchanges in the country for which the vendor has data.
