1. Selection is by permit. All permits selected for 2015

2. Vessel has a Black/Blue Rockfish Permit

3. Vessel used fixed gear to land the rockfish

3. Permit is currently assigned to a vessel or fisher

5. Vessel > 17 ft

2. OR Blue/Black Nearshore Cycle 12 (Jan-DEC 2015) – FINAL

CRITERIA APPLIED:

1. Selection is by permit. All permits selected for 2015

2. Vessel has a Black/Blue Rockfish Permit

3. Vessel used fixed gear to land the rockfish

3. Permit is currently assigned to a vessel or fisher

5. Vessel > 17 ft

CRITERIA APPLIED:

1. CA, OR, WA

2. At least 2000lbs combined landings in 2013 and 2014 of Starry Flounder, Spiny Dogfish, Sablefish or Non- Nearshore Rockfish

3. Excludes species allowed in CA Nearshore, OR Nearshore and OR Rockfish fisheries.

4. Landed with fixed gear

5. Vessel does not have LE Permit

6. Vessel > 17ft

4. LE 0 Tier-2015-FINAL - Cycle 11- (Jan-DEC 2015)

CRITERIA APPLIED:

1. Longline, Trawl or Trap endorsement without a Sablefish endorsement –TIER1,TIER2 or TIER3

2. All vessels selected with valid permit.

3. Vessel > 17ft

5. CA_Halibut –FINAL (Cycle 12 - 1/1/2015 to 6/30/2015)

6. CA_Halibut –FINAL (Cycle 13 – 7/1/2015 to 12/31/2015)

CRITERIA APPLIED:

1. All vessels selected with valid CA Halibut Trawl Permit

2. Vessel used any trawl gear to land the CA Halibut

3. Vessel > 17 ft

4. Starting in 2015, cycle was reduced to 6 months

1. Valid permit for: Deeper Nearshore Species Fishery Permit,

Nearshore Fishery Permit, N. Central Coast;

Nearshore Fishery Permit, North Coast;

Nearshore Fishery Permit, S. Central Coast;

Nearshore Fishery Permit, South Coast;

Nearshore Trap Endorsement;

N. Central Coast;

Nearshore Trap Endorsement , North Coast;

Nearshore Trap Endorsement, S. Central Coast;

Nearshore Trap Endorsement , South Coast;

2. Fixed Gear used

3. >=1lbs shallow and deeper nearshore rockfish

4. Vessel >17ft

8. CA_Pink_Shrimp-2015-FINAL Cycle 11- (APR-OCT 2015)

CRITERIA APPLIED:

1. California Pink Shrimp permit

2. Pink Shrimp landed in CA or OR

3. Landed in 2013 or 2014

4. Vessel >17 ft

9. OR_Pink_Shrimp_2015-FINAL Cycle 11 - (APR-OCT 2015)

CRITERIA APPLIED:

1. Oregon Pink Shrimp permit

2. Pink Shrimp landed in CA, OR, WA

3. landed in 2013 or 2014

4. Vessel >17 ft.

10. WA_Pink_Shrimp_2015-FINAL – Cycle 6 (APR-OCT 2015)

CRITERIA APPLIED:

1. Washington Pink Shrimp permit

2. Pink Shrimp landed in WA or OR

3. landed in 2013 or 2014

4. Vessel >17 ft.

11. LE Sable Fixed Gear 2015–Cycle 9 (APR-OCT 2015) -FINAL

CRITERIA APPLIED:

1. Selection by permit

2. Permit Holder contact information is used for Vessel Selection

3. Permit must have a Sablefish Tier greater than 0

4. Gear used must be Longline/Trap

5. 40% of permits selected from each port group.
