First of all, thank you for making time to meet with us today. We know you are a busy person and we appreciate your cooperation.

Before we get started with the interview I would like to tell you about the study we are doing and how we would like for you to be involved, and I’ll give you a chance to ask questions if you have any. Once I am done with that, I would like to confirm that you are willing to participate and then we will get started!
