Evaluation of CDC’s CCC 1017 Program
Name of 1017 program is one of 13 CDC-funded comprehensive cancer control (CCC) programs that were awarded additional resources to increase our focus on Policy, System, and Environmental (PSE) change strategies. The additional resources our program received included staff, ongoing technical assistance and training, and a menu of PSE strategies we used to select objectives that best fit our local context and priorities. As a member of the <Name of PSE Workgroup>, you are integral to these strategies.
One of our responsibilities as a recipient of these resources is to participate in a national evaluation. CDC has asked Battelle, a non-profit research firm with a dedication to furthering public health, to conduct an evaluation of the 1017 program. As part of the evaluation, Battelle will be conducting a 20-minute online survey with the members of all 13 PSE Workgroups to ask about their experiences with the program. Participation is voluntary, and your answers will not be linked to you personally.
