PURPOSE: To allow radiation control program directors in Agreements States to provide input on Safety and Safeguards Procedure SA-105, “Reviewing the Common Performance Indicator, Technical Quality of Incident and Allegation Activities.”
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:
Respondents will be Agreement State Radiation Control Program Directors who are the individuals responsible for implementing the radiation control programs and for the regulation of radioactive material in the NRC Agreement States. The NRC has relinquished control of regulating radioactive materials in 37 states in the US – the NRC Agreement States
