B. Collections of Information Employing Statistical Methods
1. Universe and Respondent Selection
The universe of potential pilot participants is any Federal awardee receiving Federal contracts. Program participants will self-select and Federal agencies may also identify interested participants.
2. Procedures for Collecting Information
Information will be collected through a prototype reporting portal. Terms and conditions of existing Federal contracts may need to be modified to change the existing reporting requirement from the current method to the information technology method.
3. Methods to Maximize Response
Information regarding the pilot program will be shared with Federal contractors via existing outreach channels, agency Senior Procurement Executives, and participants of the discovery process.
4. Testing of Procedures
The portal will be tested by prospective users and adjustments made as necessary.
