This form asks attendees to evaluate
events which the Small Business Administration puts on
cooperatively with other entities and comment on the sorts of
events it wishes to have. It also asks those attendees for
demographic information. The responses will help SBA stage better
and more responsive events, and let the Agency know what
demographic groups it is failing to serve. Information will be
forwarded to SBA's Office of Strategic Alliances, which will then
craft events which are responsive to the feedback.
