SELLER/BUYER CERTIFICATION: I understand that Marketing Order No. 906 prohibits the transportation of over 400 pounds of grapefruit and/or oranges grown in Cameron, Hidalgo, and Willacy counties, outside of those three counties, without meeting the inspection and pack requirements in 7 CFR §§ 906.340 – 906.365. I also understand that the civil penalty is $1,100, and that each day that a violation occurs is a separate violation.

INSTRUCTIONS: The white copy goes to the Seller. The canary copy goes to the Buyer. The pink copy must be mailed to the Texas Valley Citrus Committee within 7 days.
