Good [morning, afternoon, evening]. How are you? My name is [First name], and I’m talking to fishers today to learn how important fishing is to them and to collect information about their catch. Participation is voluntary. Information will only be reported in aggregate
at the conclusion of the study. We will ensure that information identifying the financial business activity of a particular individual is
not identified. We can skip any questions that you do not want to answer. The survey will take about 15 minutes.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of the law, no person is required to respond to, nor shall any person be subjected to a penalty
for failure to comply with, a collection of information subject to the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act, unless that
collection of information displays a currently valid OMB Control Number).
