PIN Instructions

A few days ago, you should have received a debit card as a token of our
appreciation for your participation in the Consumer Expenditure Survey.
The PIN is the last 4 digits of the 16-digit card number. You can use this
card at an ATM or any retail point of sale that accepts VISA. We suggest
that you use this card within 30 days of receipt and that you withdraw the
entire amount at one time. You may use the card immediately.
If you have any difficulty cashing the debit card, please call
1-844-252-4163.
For security reasons, our field representatives do not carry incentive debit
cards on their person.
