Abstract: The purpose of this collection is to implement the plan of work reporting requirements placed on the 1862 and 1890 land-grant institutions by the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 and provide NIFA the information to ensure program oversight and adequate accountability of funds.
