This change worksheet modifies two forms related to the Federal marketing order for California raisins. The Raisin Administrative Committee (Committee) recommended changes to the marketing order. The Agricultural Marketing Service will conduct a referendum in February 2016 to determine the level of industry support for the amendments.

Modifications to the existing FV-224 and FV-225B include the insertion of dates showing voting producer eligibility, the change from the Agricultural Marketing Service’s “Fruit and Vegetable Program” to “Specialty Crops Program” and other minor changes necessary to make the form usable during this referendum. These changes do not affect the estimated 20 minutes per response time and the total burden hours for both forms remain the same.
