Justification for Non-substantive Change Request
In the ICR submitted for approval on October 17, 2015, the ETA inadvertently uploaded an out of date document, TEGL 16-07, as the SCSEP Four-Year State Strategy IC instrument. The ICR also included the current instruction, TEGL 21-11, as a supplemental document to the ICR. This request for non-material change removes the out of date document and replaces it with the current TEGL. TEGL 21-11 now appears as the instrument under the SCSEP Four-Year State Strategy IC.
