It was determined that the collection of marriage and divorce/annulment data no longer need to be collected on both the Monthly and Annual Vital Statistics Reports. Consequently, it was determine that the deletion of the marriage and divorce/annulment items would be removed from the Monthly Vital Statistics Report paper and electronic versions.This action will reduce the average burden for completing the Monthly Vital Statistics Report by 2 minutes.
