R esearch Participants Needed for Survey on Breast Cancer Survivors
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is looking for women breast cancer survivors, diagnosed between the ages of 18 and 49, to answer a few questions online about their experiences with care following their breast cancer diagnosis.
The results will be used in a research study on breast cancer survivors. Your responses for this online survey will help us to improve the care and policies for young women diagnosed with breast cancer such as yourself.
The web survey is expected to take about 22 minutes
You must be female, diagnosed between 18 and 49 years of age, and a breast cancer survivor
