Non-Substantive Change Request- CMS 10463

Justification
CMS/CCIIO is changing the language used in several paragraphs of the currently approved supporting statement. Please see
crosswalk below for details. In an effort to be more inclusive, we are allowing the option for Assister organizations to add
information to organizations information for the public facing website when submitting updates to CMS. CMS is not
requiring, expecting or requesting additional information from Assister organizations at this time. There are not any budget
adjustments or changes in the burden of estimates.

Non-substantive PRA change request

In addition to adhering to the reporting requirements under
the Navigator cooperative agreement, this information
collection request includes making any updates or
corrections regarding Assister organization information,
involving Navigator and Enrollment Assister Program
(EAP) organizations, submitted to CMS.
