Non-substantive Change Request for Collection 3060-0548
The Commission is submitting a non-substantive change request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to report some minor word edits to 47 C.F.R. Section 76.1709(a) and (b). The edits remove an old effective date from the text of 76.1709(a) and correct a cross reference in the text of 76.1709(b) in FCC 16-4. Nothing else is being changed in the collection, including the estimates contained therein.
