Public reporting burden of this collection of information is estimated to average 73 hours for the initial population of the tool, and 58 hours for annual reporting for awardees
funded for 1 enhanced component. For respondents funded for 2 enhanced components the average is estimated at 146 hours for the initial population of the tool, and 116
hours for annual reporting. The response includes the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and
completing and reviewing the collection of information. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it
