bonds, notes and certificates of indebtedness of the States and
Local Government Series. The collection of information is necessary

The information reported in
this collection only applies to a customer’s request for a waiver
from a particular rule or requirement in the regulations which
amounts to 5 or fewer requests on a monthly basis. The decrease to
the reported burden is due to an examination of Fiscal Service
collections related to activities necessary to establish and
maintain State and Local Government (SLG) security accounts. Most
activity occurs within the SLGSafe system – the secure Internet
application available for subscribers to manage a SLG portfolio
which is included in collections reported under OMB Number
1530-0065. The decrease of 421 hours is an adjustment in agency
estimate for a total of 13 burden hours requested for OMB Number
1530-0044.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
