This information collection requires
aircraft operators, private charter operators, and twelve-five
charter operators to adopt and implement a security program.

When must information be submitted to
the TSA?
|
Information must be submitted to TSA
before an aircraft operator, private charter operator, and
twelve-five charter operator at
least 90 days before the intended date of passenger operations.

How is the information submitted?
|
The information must be submitted in
accordance with the regulations. Aircraft Operators, private
charter operators, and twelve-five charter operators must submit
the information to their designated official.

What happens when complete
information is received?
|
Once the security program is adopted and
implemented, TSA will determine compliance with the program
requirements through routine
onsite inspections, assessments, and tests.
