What is this collection about?
|
This information collection requires
aircraft operators with a full program to conduct training and
maintain records demonstrating compliance with all statutes,
regulations, directives, orders, and security programs that apply
to the operations aircraft operators for security coordinators,
crewmembers, and direct or contractor employees who perform
security-related duties that meet the requirement of their
security program.

1544.233, § 1544.235, SFAR 58 in Title 14 CFR
121.417(b)(3)(v); Title 14 CFR 135.331(b)(3)(v), and the Aircraft
Operator Standard Security Program (AOSSP).

When must information be submitted to
the TSA?
|
Information must be submitted to TSA
upon request or during a review of compliance with the program
requirements through routine
onsite inspections, assessments, and tests.
|
How is the information submitted?
|
The information must be submitted in
accordance with the regulations. Aircraft operators may submit
information to a TSA representative during a review of compliance
or to their Principal Security Inspector (PSI).
|
What happens when complete
information is received?
|
TSA will determine compliance with the
program requirements through routine
onsite inspections, assessments, and tests by examining the
records submitted by the
aircraft operators.
