Short Statement: There are no program changes. The adjustments are due to variations in the numbers of responses that are a result of changes in funding from the BLM, operators, and interested parties. Adjustments, which are based on recent data, are as follows: • The estimated number of Cooperative Range Improvement Agreements has decreased from 600 responses to 500 responses annually. This decrease has resulted in a decrease in the hour burdens from 1,200 hours to 1,000 hours annually. • The estimated number of responses from State, Local, and Tribal Governments has decreased from 630 to 530 annually. This decrease has resulted in a decrease in the hour burdens from 630 to 530 hours annually.
