Thank you for attending the 67^th EIS Conference April 16–19, 2018. If you have already completed the brief conference survey, thank you! If not, this is a friendly reminder to complete the survey regarding your conference experience using the link below. We greatly appreciate your feedback to help us to continually improve the EIS conference.

The survey should take, on average, 2 minutes to complete. You can edit previous responses as you complete the survey. To return to a previous page, use the “Previous” button at the bottom of the page (NOT the “Back” button in your browser). To advance, use the “Next” button at the bottom of the page. You will not be able to edit your response when you exit the survey; therefore, you will have to complete this survey in one sitting. The survey will close on Thursday, May 3^rd at 11:59 pm ET.

Please complete the survey only once after your conference experience has ended. Note that this survey is different from the questionnaire you complete for continuing education.
